My Toothpaste Froze...

Columbia Road Flower Market

a few photos from such a cold Sunday in London. Liverpool Street and the whole financial area of the Square Mile is like a ghost town on Sundays. None of the suit and sushi shops are open, and its desolate. If you get there early enough on a Saturday morning the sandwhich shops have bagged up all their unsold (and still sealed) sandwiches, leaving them outside their front doors, which always make for a good brunch. I love street food, but I needed something hot. The samosas at the Sunday Up Market are a pound well spent!

Everyone is home, there's cheese from Waitrose in the fridge (?!) and other peoples christmas presents to get excited about. I love this time of year.
